A merchant page is the actual page that your customer will complete to order a gift card online. Once signed up for eshop, our eshop team will create a customized page for your business with your logo that is developed in a secure site to capture the gift card order information, keep all customer information safe and secure and process the order for you to fulfill the gift card order. This is the ‘online shopping cart’ form that the customer will complete. That is your merchant page.

How do I integrate eShop into my existing website?

When you sign up, we design your customized link and then provide simple instructions for you or your webmaster to add the link to your existing website.

How do my customers get their gift certificates?

You simply send it to them as you always have with gift cards ordered by phone. The difference with eshop orders is the customer’s credit card has already been approved and the funds are already in your bank account!

What does the order look like once it has been created?
